Jeevakala Kala Samskarika Mandalam Venjaramoodu was registered and acted as per 12th Travancore Kochi Literacy-Scientific-Dharma sanghas Registration act 1955 under the name T 1611/09 from 2009 onwards.

It is also affiliated to Kerala Sangeetha Nadaka Academy, Nehru Yuvakendra and Kerala State Youth welfare Board. With the aim of democratizing the field of arts and culture and providing opportunities for all, Dance-Music-Instrumental music studies are being conducted under the organization.
